We delete communication once it is clear whether you wish to use our services. If specific circumstances necessitate retaining your personal data for a longer period, this may occur.
Customers
We need to communicate with our customers to ensure proper delivery of services. This may involve processing information such as name, address, services, specific agreements, payment details, and similar information.
The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Once services are delivered and any outstanding matters are resolved, we will promptly delete the personal data.
Newsletter
We offer a newsletter that is voluntary to subscribe to – and you can unsubscribe at any time.
The purpose of the newsletter is to send registered users emails with updates from the company, such as new content on the website or announcements about our services.
We will only send emails if you have actively consented. Initially, you will need to provide your email address, which we will use to send a confirmation email to verify your subscription. This ensures you have actively subscribed.
The legal basis for processing your personal data (i.e., your email address) in relation to the newsletter is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
We will process your personal data as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscribing, we will stop sending emails. If we have not sent a newsletter for one year, your consent will lapse due to inactivity.
If you unsubscribe, we will retain proof of your previous consent for two years as per the Danish Consumer Ombudsman’s spam guidance (section 11.3).
Bookkeeping
We are required to retain all accounting records in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. This includes invoices and similar documents, which may contain general personal data such as name, address, and service descriptions.
The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
We retain this information for at least five years after the end of the relevant financial year.
Job Applications
We welcome job applications to evaluate whether they match an employment need in our company.
If you send us a job application, the legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
For unsolicited applications, HR will promptly assess their relevance and delete your data if there is no match. For applications for a posted position, we will delete your application if you are not hired, immediately after the appropriate candidate has been selected.
If you participate in a recruitment process or are hired, you will receive separate information about how we process your personal data in that context.
Data Processors
We cannot handle everything alone and therefore collaborate with partners and suppliers, some of whom act as data processors.
External suppliers may provide services such as organizational systems, IT hosting, consulting, or marketing.
